After completing my university degree (History, German, English) and working several years in education, my career led me out of the States (born in South Carolina) to Germany. Here I grew into consulting & coaching roles for communication, leadership, and career topics. The development has always been organic and aligned with my person and situation. Now, I offer my clients 25+ years of professional experience.
As an outplacement-career consultant and coach for mid-/senior-level executives, I emphasize a clear, holistic focus that acknowledges the link between values & talents and job & setting. My personal commitment combined with tangible empathy and open-mindedness create a safe atmosphere in which trust can quickly grow.
My clients seek input at eye level along with a sensitive yet pragmatic approach. Together we develop a job search plan that covers key topics and leads to the launch of customized marketing strategies.
