Summary
Are you an executive in upper or middle management looking for an experienced sparring partner, advisor, and coach for your outplacement or newplacement?
For more than 15 years, I have been supporting executives who want or need to make a career change in finding a suitable new role. With my network of companies and recruitment consultancies/headhunters—built over many years—I am also happy to support you in addressing both the “open” job market and the “hidden” job market that is particularly relevant for executives, in a targeted and effective way.
Content focus in outplacement / newplacement
In our collaboration, we focus on the following topics:
- Clarity on target position and target market (e.g., Where are your strengths? Which conditions should the new role meet? What does the market offer/require?)
- Developing an individual application strategy for the open and hidden job market to quickly generate the necessary conversations.
- Building the required knowledge and skills to implement the campaign (e.g., How do you create contemporary and compelling documents?)
- Which recruitment consultants/headhunters are relevant for you—and how do you approach them?
- When and how do you activate your network? How can you use XING and LinkedIn optimally for your search?
- How do you present yourself convincingly in conversations—both professionally and personally?)
- Optional: Organizing the environment (How do you structure your search effectively?)
- Optional: Developing a positive mindset and confidence, and working on limiting beliefs.
Consulting format in outplacement for executives
At the core of our collaboration are 1:1 sessions, which can take place face-to-face, via Zoom, or by phone. For specific topics such as international applications, research on target companies and contacts, or legal questions, I have been working for many years with a network of experts.
My regional focus is Northern Germany (Hamburg Metropolitan Region, Hanover, and Bremen), but I also regularly support executives from other regions in Germany.
