    As a qualified psychologist, I have been working very successfully for over 30 years as a consultant and coach in outplacement and career consulting. I have many years of experience in human resources within large international companies. An analysis of strengths and potential forms the foundation of my work, enabling me to identify what my clients truly want.

    Together with my clients, I create individual and compelling application documents (including reference analysis), conduct a professional positioning assessment, define goals, and develop a personal labor market strategy. I prepare my clients intensively for self-presentation, interviews (both by phone and in person), and assessment centers—also advising on professional appearance and outfit choices. I am also a professional point of contact when it comes to presenting oneself on social networks.

In addition, I provide intensive onboarding support to prepare clients for a successful start in their new role.
