For more than 15 years, I have been advising employees at all hierarchical levels and from a wide range of industries on career development, outplacement, and professional reorientation. I am able to engage with my clients in a highly professional and very individual manner, quickly grasp complex situations, and understand different personalities in a way that enables them to achieve their goals.

I am highly experienced in one-on-one consulting, quickly identifying resources and talents, and I am creative as well as confident in style and wording when designing compelling application documents. I also act as a reliable sparring partner when preparing for networking conversations and job interviews.

In addition, I have many years of consulting experience in workshop facilitation. Here, I develop tailored concepts for my clients and address their specific questions and individual needs.
