Based on my own leadership experience in Germany and abroad (primarily in the Gulf region and Southeast Asia), I have been advising professionals and executives on career reorientation since 2000. As a native of Cologne, I combine my Rhineland mindset with extensive intercultural experience across the EMEA region.
As part of my consulting work, I have been active in a wide range of industries due to economic cycles and market conditions. As a result, I bring broad industry experience—despite having originally worked as a senior executive in the brewing industry.
For my clients, I view the process of professional reorientation or career advancement as a personal sales and marketing process—aligned with current corporate and labor market conditions, both nationally and internationally.
