Summary
For more than 25 years, I have been advising and supporting medium-sized and large organizations across all industries and institutions on human resources development issues, with a particular focus on outplacement and newplacement projects. My focus is on positioning employees appropriately both within and outside the organization. The client, with their individual potential and skills, is always at the center of a needs-based coaching, consulting, and training approach. As a result, I consistently achieve a re-placement success rate of 95%.
The majority of my consulting activities are concentrated in Upper Austria, Salzburg, Linz, and Vienna, as well as in the neighboring regions extending to Munich and the surrounding area.
