Summary
As an expert in outplacement, newplacement, and separation management, I support large and mid-sized companies as well as employees during reorganizations and workforce reductions. My goal is to implement separation situations in a targeted and as fair a manner as possible while simultaneously enabling careers to continue. Therefore, I not only offer outplacement consulting but also prepare managers for conducting separation and termination meetings.
I work across industries and, thanks to my core team of career consultants and coaches, I am able to support clients throughout Germany, including Hamburg, Berlin, Hanover, Düsseldorf/Cologne, Frankfurt, Mannheim, Freiburg, Saarbrücken, Stuttgart, Munich, and Passau.
Over the years, I have built up cross-industry expertise that continues to grow with every consulting engagement. I am particularly pleased when I have the opportunity to advise clients from the pharmaceutical/chemical and medical technology sectors. I do not keep a tally, but certainly more than 700 clients have already benefited from my consulting expertise—through individual coaching sessions, trainings, and workshops.
